We found Erin’s Florida home was situated ideally for the theme parks and restaurants. The area was extremely tidy and peaceful. The house is well equipped and homely. A few minor issues arose but was sorted quickly by Erin. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. It is excellent value for money. We will be back.

Check in and check out was easy. Appreicate all the help and quick responses that Erin did. The beds were comfortable. Love the space the house provided. <br/>The pool was too cold for 2 year and 3 year old to go into around 10am. Also, like had a coffee pot/liners there. Just wish they had sugar packets. Did not find any salt/pepper, found other spices in the spice rack. Plus, find lids too containers but no containers. Except did find one container with a lid. Wish there were more containers to put leftover food in, since we did cook there. <br/>All said and done, I would recommend this place to others. <br/>Thanks Erin you were a super host!

This home was very nice and spacious. I loved the fact that all the bedrooms had single to king size beds. So it didn't matter if you were an adult or child, everything fit. I loved the outside projector by the pool. That was a hit for me and my guest. The garage had a full size refrigerator, which helped a lot with all the extra groceries that we couldn't fit inside the kitchen refrigerator. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Also, my host was very great and accommodating in every way. She did her best to make my stay an enjoyable one.

my family's stay at Erin's Arbnb was very pleasant. The home was the best stocked home I've ever booked. You literally only needed to bring your clothes and food. The kitchen had every small appliance needed in a kitchen and more. We'll definitely book with Erin again.

Nos encantó la casa, sin duda la recomendamos. Nuestra estadía fue excelente. La casa está muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo que necesitábamos y más. La casa estaba impecable cuando llegamos. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias, con camas muy cómodas para poder descansar a gusto. Fue de fácil acceso y sin duda la zona era tranquila y segura. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina temperada. Erin is the best host I've ever had on Airbnb. We were a large group of 18 with a last minute booking and she went over and above to make sure our week was a fantastic vacation. The pictures accurately portrayed the house, pool and hot tub heat were fabulous, not to mention we watched the super bowl on the pool projector screen! The kitchen was well stocked and she even ordered us some large dishes we needed for cooking for our large family. Beds were very soft, but comfortable. Lovely amenities and only a short walk to the Oasis Clubhouse. <br/>The kids loved the garage and had a blast with the NFL arcade game. Overall, a fantastic host and house and we would book here again.

Erin was absolutely great to work with. She was very responsive. We did have an issue with the hot tub heating and she jumped right on it and had a repair technician sent to fix it asap. She then followed up to make sure it was working. She also took the time to make local recommendations for us when we asked for her help. Absolutely a pleasure working with her!

Erin was great and the place was amazing! Everything was very clean. We ended up having extra rooms and lots of space to spread out for 15 people. It didn’t feel cramped at all!<br/>The amenities, including the water park and clubhouse, were AMAZING and made for an awesome day. <br/>The pool and jacuzzi in the backyard were also great and were very relaxing (included with lounge chairs and floats)! They were very clean.<br/>Other nice features include daily trash pickup, a grill, loooots of towels, an extra fridge and freezer in the garage, lots of bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen with spices. <br/>When we got there, workers were there fixing a screen outside that had been broken - Erin fixed things at a great speed and was fast to respond to any questions. <br/>The only things we didn’t love were that the game room was in the garage (was not advertised that way) and did not have AC, but wasn’t a huge deal. And the couches in the living room-when you sat down, you’d sink into them! Still comfy tho.

Let me start by saying I would’ve gave it a 4 1/2 instead of a four, but there’s no halves, Erin was very responsive to every question we had or issue we had our only issue was the game room is in the garage. She has a portable AC in there, but it was not working but she did attempt to get it working and then just bought us a fan because it wouldn’t work, but we’re in Florida,so It was still too hot to sit out there and play. I Will say the house was very well stocked with towels and kitchenware more than any other house we’ve rented The only other problem we had was finding the remote for the projector TV which we didn’t attempt till the last night and I wasn’t gonna bother her for that!! Stay was great , beds were comfortable and well stocked! Thank you again Erin .

It was fun to be so close to the clubhouses and the space was great for our group. Lots of activities for our teens and pre-teens. We even took a day trip to Clearwater for a beach day.<br/>Erin was super responsive and had a handyman come quickly each time we needed help. The reason we gave this place four (instead of five) stars was because the kitchen was not well stocked with pans and cooking items for our group, the microwave door fell off and was a bit hard to get going, and the lights in the bedrooms would just randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Do I think these things can be fixed? Yup! We would stay again based on the response of Erin, for sure. These things do need to be fixed, though. I have every belief that they will be. <br/>Thanks for a fun stay, Erin!

Great place to stay. Very easy and friendly communication with the host, Erin. She was very acommodating and worked with our schedule to check us in and out without much difficulty. Kids really enjoyed the game room and watching movies in the private swimming pool.

Overall great experience with Erin. She was a phenomenal host! House for the most part looks just as is with just a few minor details that need to be fixed. Would recommend to anyone looking to vacay!! She is very helpful and a fast communicator! All of the amenities you would have to pay for separately such as warm pool and spa and grill is already included with house so the deposit is worth it. Thank you Erin for an amazing experience!

Amazing!!!: My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Rolling Skies Vacation. The home was as it was listed. It was clean and their was plenty of space for a family of 27. The kids and teenagers enjoyed the pool and game room. After visiting the parks we came back to the covered lani and relaxed. If you need groceries, spirits, clothing everything is near the home. There were a couple small issues and I mean small as they did not have any negative impact on our visit due to Steve, he was wonderful, very responsive in answering any questions and taking care of any issues. I work in customer service and we receive great service from Steve from day one from the booking to the last day. I would recommend booking this home as you will be in great hands and will definitely appreciate the customer service you receive. Steve, thanks for making our vacation stay at your home so amazing, we will definitely book our next trip with you.

Overall, the host Erin is a step above everyone else that I have encountered on Airbnb. Not only was she proactive, she followed through on questions to ensure I was well taken care of. The home itself is beautiful and we could not find one thing wrong. We had one maintenance issue that ended up being something simply but she sent over a maintenance guy just to ensure it wasn't anything else (did not have to request for her to take action- beat me to it). Would love to return to this home or visit one of her other listings.. This home accomodated my family for a graduation in the area and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company.

Everything was in working order, we had a few minor issues that we were in comms with the owners about and fixed up right away. Nothing major at all, but all was corrected. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 6 out of 5 Stars!: The owners communication was absolutely AMAZING! Steve is THE ONLY person I'm going to contact my next rental need in this area. We had a total of 11 people stay, including 3 children (6,10 &10) The area is BUILT UP and traffic is terrible. But once you are in the community, it's quiet and the house is fabulous. When we saw how close the neighbors were, we panicked, but most of the stay we had no one near us and the time we did they were respectful as were we. The community pool, lazy river, tiki huts were all very nice and within walking distance. Again, I cannot thank Steve, the owner enough for his wonderful communication and helpfulness! MUCH APPRECIATED! THANK YOU STEVE!

Property management: Everything was perfect except issues with the pool/spa. The owner was very fast with responding and trying to get the issue resolved before the end of our stay. The property managent should've been more proactive in resolving the issue. The owner request 2-3 technicians to come out before the last one came and did so on our last day of stay. Steve was very nice and accommodating. Any questions or concerns he always responded immediately. Thank you for everything Steve!!

This place is close to both Tampa and Orlando. It was a pleasant stay. We had group of 24 including kids. It’s was a comfortable place. Kids love the pool.
