Relaxing Property: My family had a wonderful time at this home. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! The waterpark is beautiful. Getting to and from Disney is a breeze! The kitchen is well appointed and I loved the craft ice maker in the freezer. The property is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Wonderful House: The property was beautiful. The amenities, appliances, air conditioning worked great. A little issue with the ice maker, but it was resolved. Loved the big kitchen. Kitchen cabinets were well stocked. The only thing we lacked though there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Communicating with Ken was fantastic. From booking to the end of our vacation, he always responded to questions within minutes. Loved how close it was to the parks! Thanks for making our trip truly memorable.

Family Friendly Vacation Home: Great rental with amenities for families traveling with kids. Everyone loved the house and it was super convenient to have a booster and pack-and-play onsite. Only issue is the grill was tricky to ignite, but otherwise everything else was perfect!

Family Fun: We enjoyed the home very much. No carpet anywhere, nice bathrooms, great kitchen, clean home, fun game room, bed selection and theme rooms perfect. Each bedroom with their own bathroom is such a plus. We enjoyed the pool and spa several times. Very close to Disney Parks and not too far from Disney Springs and Universal. Check at the gate was expedited by Ken’s email. Close to Walmart and many restaurants. Best home we’ve stayed in at Windsor Hills.

Orlando Vacation: Property is in a a very nice gated community. Community clean with wonderful amenities including but not limited to daily trash pick up, water park and pool, store and 24 hour security. Property house was clean and well maintained. Furniture was in great condition. Game room was wonderful for family time and games with the children. Park across the street provided great outdoor space for play time. Pool heat tempature was perfect. Pool was maintained well. Communication with property management was excellent with great details. Overall rating is 5 star for this reason.

Everything included!!: My family rented this house for a week while staying in Orlando. The heated pool and spa were fabulous for the early April weather. If you need it, the owner has probably already included it in the house. Tons of pool towels to use at the house or the water park or plenty of dishes to accommodate a larger group at the house. The LG fridge that makes craft ice is a nice bonus, if you enjoy drinks by the pool. My kids loved the themed bedrooms and the theater/arcade room. Zero complaints from our stay!!

Essentals: It was pretty pathetic to have 1 toilet paper in each bathroom without a spare Same for paper towels in kitchen. No egg frying skillet - bad No salt or pepper or sugar. Very poor Upstairs shower emits squeaky noise when in use, very bad.

Disney Family Vacation 2023: We totally enjoyed staying at The Suite Retreat at Windsor Hills. The house was AWESOME! The entire process was seamless from booking to checkout and the Owner was a pleasure to work with! We would highly recommend this property! Windsor Hills offers a lot of amenities as well.

Great location for a Disney trip!: This house was perfect for our trip to Disney! Heated pool and hot tub were great for our mid-day breaks. Also, loved having private baths for every bedroom. Walmart is less than a 5 minute drive away to pick up anything you might need for your stay. Will definitely look at booking at this house again!

This house is very well maintained and was roomie without being too large for our group of 9.: We very much enjoyed our stay at The Suite Retreat. The house is well maintained and well equipped. We had a few minor issues, as one almost always does with a rental home, and the owner was swift and thorough in addressing the issues, all which were resolved quickly. Five bedrooms gave our group privacy, and the lanai with pool was a great hit. We didn't have any really youngsters, so we used the community resources only for tennis. The community is a great place to take walks. We were able to squeeze all nine of us around the dining table. Water pressure seems a little light in the neighborhood, but not to a degree that caused issues. Linens, towels, and all other supplies were very good quality. We highly recommend The Suite Retreat.

Best resort!: We come to Disney a lot and every Thanksgiving we rent a house to celebrate with our family. This was by far the best house ever. It was spacious enough for a crowd and every one loved the idea of their own bathroom. Will definately be back next year!

Lovely vacation home: My family had a great stay in this house. We had 5 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone. My kids loved the games and movie room. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. My family loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. The resort pool was awesome for the kids. They loved the slides. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and only a few minute drive to Disney. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had an amazing time.

Great property with amenities: Our first time in the Windsor community was excellent. Dishwasher was touchy to start and low on toilet paper/ basic supplies. Pool was very warm and perfect for the kids even on a chilly evening

Clean and convenient: We loved our stay! House/development is very convenient to Disney. It was lovely having our own private pool/spa to relax in after walking all day. The house was clean. Excellent Place!: This place is amazing! It fulfilled all of our needs and desires. We were home bound for 2 days due to recent hurricane Ian but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. The house was fully equipped and pictures were exactly what was listed. We traveled with children and the house offered us everything we could think of to accommodate the little ones with all of the necessary gear, games, stroller, etc. The place was clean and made us feel at home. Ken was great and always made sure we were good and made us feel comfortable in every way. He was attentive to our needs and always communicated with us. We loved the heated pool and game room! There was always something to do at the house . Location of the property was great! Minutes from Disney , stores, restaurants etc. We will definitely be back at this place!!

Everything We Could Ask For: This was one of the best homes that we have stayed in. The pool and spa heat was amazing, the game room had exceptional games (ping pong, pool, fuse ball), and the living room had enough space for each of us to stretch out. We made ourselves home and we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation: We (grandparents) took our two sons, wives and kids to Disney & Universal. This was the best choice for us! The home is as pictured, cleanly and kitchen stocked well with utensils, dishes etc. It saved us a lot by being able to cook meals and the best choice to be together yet have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids all loved to swim in their very own pool. Good location..

Disney away from the hustle & bustle: My husband & I rented this house with our adult son, his wife and our 14 year old grandson and 7 year old grand daughter. The kids loved the Star Wars game room, pool and the couple bedrooms & bathrooms that were Disney themed. It was close enough to Disney & Lego land without being so crowded at a park hotel. We had much more room the a hotel room and it ended up being less expensive. We could cook if we didn’t want to go out and it was great to come back after a long hot day & dip in the pool. Also, the kids loved being able to go to the community pool and water park. It was much less crowded then the Disney hotels we were at a few days before being able to get In the house. Ken was awesome and was prompt on responding and fixed the lanai screen that had a little tear in it! Overall it was a house in a gated community. We would definitely rent it again with our other grandchildren!

Great Family Vacation: Great house for multiple families and grand parents. Exactly as pictured. Game room was a fave of the kids and pool was awesome. Hot tub got nice and hot despite the warnings of it being a “spa” and no additional fee to heat it. Managers were very quick with responses. Would definitely stay again. Only warning: don’t go to nearby Walmart on the weekend, chaos!

Owner was great!: Owner was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Loved the house, location to Disney and the neighborhood was super safe. Amazing Home: From A to Z we had a blast, amazing residential zone, water park was great for the kids, Ken was very reachable for info/questions. Home is well equipped, actually one of the best we have stayed in. Pool was excellent for kids and have lots of water toys/floties . Spa could have been a little hotter but not a big deal. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it 100 %. Thanks Ken for keeping the house welcomed for your guests!

Amazing game room and heated pool!: The house was clean and the game room was a definite plus with the hubby and kids and not to mention the pool heater in unexpected 65 degree weather was amazing! The only negative was the community gate entry was backed up all the way to the street (took us over 20 min to get in). They should look into streamlining that, maybe emailing the check in voucher to scan at gate? other than that it was great!
