Family from upstate New York, Kissimmee and Miami gathered together to enjoy Disney and Legoland. The home was very clean, had the needed bed and bath combinations to accomodate the adults. The two children truly enjoyed the game room (as did a couple of the adults!). Home was well maintained and equiped with necessary kitchen needs. A couple of questions we had regarding the house were answered fully and very timely. Would truly stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Windsor HIlls Resort. The house was very clean, well stocked with towels and bedding, and very spacious. The pool at the house was very clean, and comfortably heated with the added bonus of being a salt water (rather then chlorinated) pool. The community pool was also very nice. The pools were both well maintained. The neighborhood itself was quiet and very family friendly. Our granddaughter enjoyed several of the playgrounds interspersed around the resort. Only downside - not much for starter supplies in the kitchen. Tough when you have had a long day of travel, arrive late and just want a cup of coffee. There were several coffee makers, but no starter coffee. Some of the cooking/frying pans were also subpar. Overall our stay was very good and we would definitely return to Windsor Hills again.

Wonderful property. It was exactly as described and was very clean. Location was ideal for going to Disney. Plenty of restaurants nearby along with a Walmart and Publix within 3 miles. Pool was warm and outdoor space was where we spent most of our time. Would highly recommend this property if you are going to Disney and want to stay away from the resort properties.

House was great, plenty of room for the 10 of us. Kids loved the pool, swam all day. Appliances all worked well, everything was as described. The amenities at the club house were also fantastic, nice pools, splash pad, slides. Restaurant had decent food and specialty coffees as well.

Excellent house, well laid out and loved the added extras for the kids. Works perfectly for accessing the parks and having downtime after the parks. Loads of space in the house and Kenneth added a starter park of dishwasher tablets etc. Kenneth was very proactive with information and so it was easy to find and get in even when we ended up arriving after 10pm and long journey. Would highly recommend for anyone going to the parks with kids or big kids.

The house was exactly as described on the listing. It was spacious and the heated pool and grill inclusions were a big bonus for my family. Below are the reasons I gave it 4 stars, but it was closer to a 3.5 with inconvenience of #3: 1. The property management company was very responsive and thorough; however, they sent me the rental agreement via email. I was traveling for work and forgot it about. Then, two days before my arrival I received a text message saying "unfortunately we are going to have to cancel your reservation because you haven't completed you reservation agreement." My only recommendation is to call first. Not everyone is on their phones 24/7, maybe someone overlooked the email, maybe someone fell ill and is in the hospital. Before you instantly go to cancel a reservation make an attempt to call the person first. That's just common courtesies and good business practices. 2. Although the house appeared cleaned, there were white stains on the bedding in one of the beds in the Harry Potter room. When we went to wash them we realized there wasn't any laundry detergent (see comment #3). My son slept on covers we brought from home. 3. Although there a lot of dishes and pots provided. There wasn't enough household items / necessities to accommodate a reservation for 10 people for 4 days and 3 night. For example: no laundry soap was provided, there is one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, they only provided 4-5x /13 gallon trash bags and a baby sized dish soa

Ken’s house was amazing extremely fun the kids had a great time in the game room almost to the point they preferred to stay home than go out and about. The villa was brilliant. It was in the perfect location- so close to Disney, restaurants and shops. The house was so clean and tidy and we enjoyed each bedroom having its own bathroom. The pool was great to relax after a day at the parks - it had sun on the pool all day. There was a shaded area to sit outside and watch tv in comfort. We all enjoyed the games room with large projector TV. The host Ken was amazing! The best host we’ve ever had! He replied to emails straight away and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this villa and we will hopefully return in the future!

Ken was very responsive. Before our stay, I asked about a bed guard for our grandson and he ordered one right away so to be there on our arrival. Loved the neighborhood, very peaceful. Small playground directly across the street. In gameroom I enjoyed plenty of competitive ping pong games with older grandson, and enjoyed the 125 inch 4k movies by signing into our Netflix account. The Harry Potter nook with a door was a HUGE hit for the young ones to have their own space. Clean house, Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc., furniture comfortable, pool heat good. No issues during 2 week stay.

Everything about this place is fantastic. The layout of the house is great. It was well stocked, in the game room was a hit with both the kids and adults. The weather was a little chilly while we were there, but the heated, pool and spa was very warm and enabled our kids to get into the pool no matter what the weather. Highly recommend. Will definitely rent again.

Our stay was the best ever! All the amenities were enjoyed by our family. The home we stayed at was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt very much at home there. Spending time in the pool and hot tub was so relaxing. It was a perfect area to stay-very quiet and close to all the Disney attractions and many restaurants to choose from.nearby plus a large Wal-Mart just down the road.

House is really nice, everything was an easy process. Pool and Hot tub adjacent to pool was great. Used Jacuzzi several times in the evening. Nice feature that there is a door alarm, fencing for child protection. Game room was fun also, Brought back memories (Gallaga) from 40 years ago, lol. Very nice TV's. Oven and cooktop was perfect for making meals, also used grill 1 night. Only suggestion I have is changing pans to a non-stick, also there was very little basic stuff, had to get from store cleaning stuff, pads/scotchbrite, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and such. Not sure if previous renters removed everything, but house is very nice and a lot of stores nearby! Only had a couple questions and owner respinded right away.

My family had a wonderful time at this home. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! The waterpark is beautiful. Getting to and from Disney is a breeze! The kitchen is well appointed and I loved the craft ice maker in the freezer. The property is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

The property was beautiful. The amenities, appliances, air conditioning worked great. A little issue with the ice maker, but it was resolved. Loved the big kitchen. Kitchen cabinets were well stocked. The only thing we lacked though there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Communicating with Ken was fantastic. From booking to the end of our vacation, he always responded to questions within minutes. Loved how close it was to the parks! Thanks for making our trip truly memorable.

Property is in a a very nice gated community. Community clean with wonderful amenities including but not limited to daily trash pick up, water park and pool, store and 24 hour security. Property house was clean and well maintained. Furniture was in great condition. Game room was wonderful for family time and games with the children. Park across the street provided great outdoor space for play time. Pool heat tempature was perfect. Pool was maintained well. Communication with property management was excellent with great details. Overall rating is 5 star for this reason.

My family rented this house for a week while staying in Orlando. The heated pool and spa were fabulous for the early April weather. If you need it, the owner has probably already included it in the house. Tons of pool towels to use at the house or the water park or plenty of dishes to accommodate a larger group at the house. The LG fridge that makes craft ice is a nice bonus, if you enjoy drinks by the pool. My kids loved the themed bedrooms and the theater/arcade room. Zero complaints from our stay!!

It was pretty pathetic to have 1 toilet paper in each bathroom without a spare Same for paper towels in kitchen. No egg frying skillet - bad No salt or pepper or sugar. Very poor Upstairs shower emits squeaky noise when in use, very bad.

This house was perfect for our trip to Disney! Heated pool and hot tub were great for our mid-day breaks. Also, loved having private baths for every bedroom. Walmart is less than a 5 minute drive away to pick up anything you might need for your stay. Will definitely look at booking at this house again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Suite Retreat. The house is well maintained and well equipped. We had a few minor issues, as one almost always does with a rental home, and the owner was swift and thorough in addressing the issues, all which were resolved quickly. Five bedrooms gave our group privacy, and the lanai with pool was a great hit. We didn't have any really youngsters, so we used the community resources only for tennis. The community is a great place to take walks. We were able to squeeze all nine of us around the dining table. Water pressure seems a little light in the neighborhood, but not to a degree that caused issues. Linens, towels, and all other supplies were very good quality. We highly recommend The Suite Retreat.

We (grandparents) took our two sons, wives and kids to Disney & Universal. This was the best choice for us! The home is as pictured, cleanly and kitchen stocked well with utensils, dishes etc. It saved us a lot by being able to cook meals and the best choice to be together yet have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids all loved to swim in their very own pool. Good location..

My husband & I rented this house with our adult son, his wife and our 14 year old grandson and 7 year old grand daughter. The kids loved the Star Wars game room, pool and the couple bedrooms & bathrooms that were Disney themed. It was close enough to Disney & Lego land without being so crowded at a park hotel. We had much more room the a hotel room and it ended up being less expensive. We could cook if we didn’t want to go out and it was great to come back after a long hot day & dip in the pool. Also, the kids loved being able to go to the community pool and water park. It was much less crowded then the Disney hotels we were at a few days before being able to get In the house. Ken was awesome and was prompt on responding and fixed the lanai screen that had a little tear in it! Overall it was a house in a gated community. We would definitely rent it again with our other grandchildren!

Hot tub got nice and hot despite the warnings of it being a “spa” and no additional fee to heat it. Managers were very quick with responses. Would definitely stay again. Only warning: don’t go to nearby Walmart on the weekend, chaos!

The house was clean and the game room was a definite plus with the hubby and kids and not to mention the pool heater in unexpected 65 degree weather was amazing! The only negative was the community gate entry was backed up all the way to the street (took us over 20 min to get in). They should look into streamlining that, maybe emailing the check in voucher to scan at gate? other than that it was great!
