We had an amazing time here. There was plenty of space so we didn’t feel crowded. It was very clean. Jenna was very quick to respond if we had questions even though our stay was the week of Christmas which I really appreciated. There was plenty of things to do around the house so I didn’t feel the need to go out much. The heated pool and hot tub were great at night followed by a movie in the theater room. After that I slept so well. The beds were a bit firmer than I like but I like a really soft bed. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs has the softest bed in the house. This is where one of my daughters slept and she really liked it. The theater room took a minute to figure out but that was user error (too many remotes😅) i was unaware until a few days before check in but the water park section of the resort is not included. I was disappointed by this at first but the house had plenty to do so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. I would absolutely stay here again!!

We’ve stayed in many of these homes and this was definitely one of the better ones. The spa actually gets HOT. Most in the area do not rise above that 80-90° range and it’s always in the fine print that they’re not actually hot tubs, but this one is indeed a HOT TUB lol. Highly recommend the upgrade. The house itself was great and just as described. A perfect home for multi-family lodging.

GREAT FOR LARGE FAMILIES! Plenty of space and activities for kids and kids at heart. Clean bedsheets and bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with extra trash bags which is a must for large groups staying more than a few days. Would stay at Jenna's place again.

Such a memorable trip! Took our adult children and their children and great grandma. Children ranged from 4 months to 10 years. The house was perfect! Always something for the kids to do. Easy access to the themed parks and grocery stores. Would highly recommend!

The property was wonderful and easy to get to. Although the water park music could be a bit loud at times, the indoor entertainment options, like the game and movie room, kept us busy. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a second home, and we'd definitely stay again for another peaceful getaway.

My family and I took a quick trip to Florida, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The house was absolutely amazing!! The pictures fail to capture the true magnificence of this residence. It offered everything we could ever desire, including ample space to accommodate a large family. If we return to Florida, I would unquestionably book this place again!

The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the space indoors and the pool/hot tub outdoors. Jenna was very responsive to any communication and letting us know how to access the house and checking on us. A few items were broken or missing. We understand in rentals this happens so it definitely was not a deal breaker, and Jenna did try and take care of those concerns. We were only there a few days so it made it difficult for that to happen. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Jenna's place was exceptional! The house fit our group of 16 with plenty of room to spare. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil or appliance that you could possibly need. There are 2 large refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which was such a bonus with such a large group. The bedrooms were great, comfy mattresses and really large bathrooms. There are so many fun nooks and crannies in the house that the kids always felt like they had their own little private area to hang out. The pool area was large and had plenty of room. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and very walkable with sidewalks and the proximity of the house to the clubhouse area was great. There is a little market in the lobby and a nice restaurant. <br/>Overall, I would highly recommend Jenna's place. We have been talking the last few days about how perfect everything was, how we couldn't imaging picking a better place to spend a week.

Our group was in town for a corporate event and this house was a perfect rental, which offered lots of privacy to the team. We used the kitchen for group meals and it had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Two fridges was a great convenience! Fun backyard. Loved the theatre and game rooms. Lots of room to spread out, many bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Great setup overall. Would recommend.

Jenna was very responsive and nice. We absolutely loved staying here! The house was clean and ready upon our arrival. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and theatre. The pool and hot tub were great, as well. We had a few issues with the hot tub temperature and game room but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a great house to vacation in! Looking forward to coming again!

We didn’t plan on spending as much time there as we did, but the home quickly became the highlight of our trip! Between the pool, arcade, and home theatre, we found ourselves forgoing plans to just relax between trips to Orlando and Tampa. From being a great host who was quick to respond and help, to the provided home being a vacation spot in itself, Jenna made sure we’d be booking with her anytime we’re in the area!

Jenna's house was perfect for our large family! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of king beds for the adults. The backyard putt putt was GREAT and the hot tub was HOT (we paid to have it heated). The sectional couch was comfy and a great area to hang out. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers...I didn't realize how valuable that was until we unloaded groceries! With 13 of us (not even close to the house capacity), we definitely needed that. Just a note about the neighborhood-you do *not* have access to the community pool, slides, and tennis courts. So there is not much to do in the neighborhood outside of your house. And traffic in general in the area leaves a lot to be desired. However, since our house was so well stocked, we were pleased. The garbage disposal had a leak, and the internet went down once, but they were immediately responsive to our calls and requests!

The house is beautiful and beyond spacious. The house is even better in person then the pictures. It was extremely clean and beautifully designed. The kitchen it well equipped. It even has two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Plenty of rooms and bathroom for everyone to stay comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and a kid’s dream play house. The home was spotless. It was spacious for 16 people. Plenty of beds to sleep in and the beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the arcade and theater room. We also spent most of our time in the backyard swimming. Jenna and her father were very responsive in answering our questions and with anything we needed during our stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back. If you are looking for a fun place to stay that will keep the kids busy… this house is it!!!!

Jenna’s home was an amazing experience, more than I ever expected. My family had such a great time staying there. We have always stayed in a hotel resort, which got tough. Our family is growing, which gets costly as well as, very hard to book enough rooms for everyone. This was certainly a much better alternative. We had so much fun being all in one house, having dinners together and waking up together. It was the best family time I could of asked for. We used the movie theatre and arcade every day. That was a blast! The icing on the cake was the heated pool/hot tub. The kids loved it. The place has absolutely everything you could need or think of to entertain a large group. Jenna is a great hostess. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this house. The home was recently renovated and very clean. We really enjoyed the movie theatre, game room, large living area and close proximity to the water park. Jenna responded quickly to address any issues that came up. Would definitely rent from Jenna again in the future.
