Great cabin!: My friends and I had a great weekend staying at Wood Haven. The cabin was great and there was plenty of room for all. We had plenty to do and the location was perfect for exploring Blue Ridge and the surrounding area. You will not be disappointed with Wood Haven.

Perfect Mountain Vacation!: This house and location are exceptional. The house had several beautiful outdoor living areas - three porches, a balcony, and an incredible deck with hot tub and fireplace. The walk down to the mountain stream was just beautiful. The interior of the house was just as wonderful. There was plenty of space to spread out, with a separate game room for a little bit of fun. Beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets, and the place was perfectly clean. The location of the property was perfect. Very secluded and quiet, with just a short drive into Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and McCaysville. The owner was very responsive and kind. Can't say enough good things about this property! We will be back!

EXCELLENT!!!: The cabin was amazing, clean, and very spacious. I went alone and it was way more than I could have asked for. Everything I needed was there, kitchen stocked with all kinds of dishes/cups, utentsils, pots/pans etc. You can just relax and listen to the creek from any of the outside spaces. The host was very professional and attentive. I'm already planning my next trip there. Thanks again!!!

Book this cabin!: My family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed this cabin! It was VERY spacious and clean! The kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal. The guest book, welcome card, snacks and kcups was a nice welcome! The host was immediately available via phone. The hot tub and jacuzzi tub was amazing! There was some snow on the ground which us Floridians really enjoyed! We can't wait to book this cabin again!

Woodhaven: Woodhaven is a lovely home in a great area close to blue ridge. It is well stocked with all of your kitchen needs. The hot tub area with wood burning fire place was our favorite. We also loved the screened porch. It is a smart home with google, nice large screen tv in every room. The only suggestion I would make is a gas grill. We would definitely rent again. Loved seeing the deer!

Fantastic! Fully equipped cabin.: The setup at this cabin was perfect for us. Three levels with bedroom, bathroom and living space for each. The FULLY equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare complete meals to share and have family time. There is comfortable furniture everywhere. It's not only in the three separate living spaces but on the porches, also. We picked up a bag of deer corn for the feeder and enjoyed watching deer every day. Anywhere from 2 to 8 at a time. (at dawn and dusk) The temperatures during our stay were mid 40s (day) and low 20s (night). The fireplaces were wonderful to have during our cold visit. Along with the interior gas fireplaces, the wood burning one by the hot tub was great. We soaked while the flames flickered, then had the warmth of the fire when getting out in 30° temps. During our stay, I had a question about equipment operations and the host responded quickly and was extremely helpful.Something that may be a concern for some. The road in has a steep gravel section. Our vehicle had no problems but it is something to be aware.

Great place to relax: We ended up making a last minute trip to the area and were lucky to find this cabin. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind that is not far from all the things to do in the area then this is the perfect cabin. The owner was quick to respond and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect.

AWESOME GETAWAY! & PORCHES GALORE!: This is a very spacious but still so cozy getaway! Any questions we may have had, the owner answered in emails and guides before we even got there. We had 4 adults and 3 girls (10-13yrs old). The girls took the loft and the upstairs room/bathroom and called it their apartment, lol. With the TV, games and Google they had a blast! Both adult couples had their own rooms and bathrooms as well. The hot tub was enjoyed by all almost daily, especially when it dipped to 53° one evening! The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals with a beautiful dining room, and we cooked out on the charcoal grill 2 nights! The porches, with the rockers and a swing, were an amazing place to unwind in the afternoons and take in all the beauty and peacefulness! From the porches, you can hear the creek and see deer around the feeder. We bought a bag of corn for $8.00 at Walmart, filled the feeder and saw deer everyday we were there. We counted 10 at one time! We bought colanders and the kids had a blast sifting in the creek! Quite a few steps to the creek, but no complaints. It was a good workout after all the good cooking! The location was perfect for us too, since we wanted to do things in Gerogia but also go into North Carolina and Tennessee! We had an amazing time! Many thanks to Steve and his family for providing such a nice, cozy paradise for families to getaway and make beautiful memories! Great Cabin: My wife and I come to North Georgia annually for our anniversary or birthdays and always chose to stay in a cabin, however they always seem to be a bit far from the towns in the surrounding area, not the case with Woodhaven! it literally take a few minutes and you are in downtown Blue Ridge which is one of our favorite places as the tend to have some of the best restaurants. The cabin was extremely clean, easiest checkin process, the hot tub in front of the outdoor fireplace was awesome along with the deer feeder down by the creek.The cabin utilizes google which made it extremely easy to turn on and off lights along with controlling the AC. The cabin is extremely well maintained and felt very new! Just a wonderful experience all around.

Perfect Family Weekend for Multiple Ages: This was the perfect house for a relaxing getaway with our group of 10, including kids of multiple ages! There was really something for everyone to do and plenty of space to do it in. The kids loved the variety of games and the adults appreciated the peaceful screened porch. Special touches throughout the house made it warm and welcoming. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was an abundance of amenities like soap, toilet paper, and more. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Although we had planned on doing several activities in the area, there was plenty of things to do at the house and we ended up spending most of our time just relaxing and enjoying family time.

Beautiful getaway for the whole family: Ours kids loved the stay we had. The deer everyday, the hot tub, and the outdoor fireplace were all main attractions for them, as well as , the large televisions with satellite just like we have at home (so there was no finding channels or signing into streaming services like we’ve had to do in the past). We will definitely keep WoodHaven in mind the next time we stay in North Georgia.

Great property, fantastic property owner and amenities galore!!: We truly enjoyed this cabin! We loved listening to the creek running as you’re having your morning cup of coffee on the screened in deck. The hot tub was a huge hit for the kids and the fire pit beside it was an added bonus for the adults. The smart features were great, made us feel like we were home! The property owner was very flexible with our schedules and very responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Family getaway: The house was perfect for our 3 generation family gathering. Loved having my room on the main floor and using the many doors and porches on 3 sides. We saw deer and turkey and enjoyed the gas fireplace in the den so much. The tv had plenty of stations and wifi worked well.

Woodhaven 2021: The cabin was fantastic and our family enjoyed our short stay. The kids had fun in the hot tub and enjoyed hiking through the woods by the stream. Even though it rained a lot during our stay, the cabin was well equipped with a variety of games that kept the adults and children pleasantly occupied.

Wood Haven Getaway: Great house in great location. Clean and furnished and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed to feel at home. Saw so many deer, the kids loved all the nature. The stream was a daily must and the rain left it full and fun to play in. Spent the day at Blueridge Lake boating and exploring, it was well worth the time! Owner was accessible and communicated with us. A great experience all around!

Very Relaxing: Nice, quiet location on top of a hill surrounded by trees. You can hear the creek and the birds when you're outside and nothing else, saw deer every day. Still only a 10 minute ride to town or 5 minutes to the amazing golf course.

Family Unwind Time: We choose this cabin for closeness to family we came to visit, number of beds for the kids to spread out and cabin amenities that met everyone’s needs. Not to mention the creek and wildlife. It was great all around! Steve was quick to respond during booking process, with directions prior to stay and with any questions/needs during our stay. As a mom of 4 during COVID I would have liked to see a bit more thorough cleaning throughout (under beds, etc) but not terrible. Plenty of appliances, supplies, towels. Laundry room was great and I really appreciated the more than complete guidelines sent for using everything in the cabin. Hot tub was soooo perfect w fireplace. Exactly what we needed! Thanks Steve! :)

Perfect meetup with family: We had a wonderful time at the large cabin. It was perfect for our family of 4 to met our family from up north (6 of them). We all had plenty of room to hang out while listening to the lovely creek in the back. Just what we hoped for! Beds were comfortable, place was extremely clean and well supplied. Felt like we were high up a mountain, super quiet and lots of safe wildlife. Love the area, so close to everything!! Make sure to book the train ride weeks ahead of time as well as any nice restaurants.

Secluded yet close to the fun: Wonderful home away from home. If you want a clean cabin that is close to the many towns, this is your spot. Hiking and walk/run through the neighborhood is a must. We managed to go to McCaysville, Mercier Orchards, Blue ridge downtown, Blue Ridge Marina etc. easy access to all of those and only minutes away. Would definitely book again if we make it back to Mineral Bluff.

Beautiful Cabin and a Beautiful View: Had a great time! Smart Home was very useful for the adults and entertaining for the kids. Deer feeder brought in 3 deer at one point. Hot Tub was excellent and was ready to use when we got there. Had a minor issue, but contacted the owner and he got someone out to fix it. Mercier Orchards nearby is worth stopping at too and had some great treats! Highly recommend!

Party of 7!: This place is tucked into its own pocket in the mountains with great views of wildlife and plenty to do that may have you staying there the whole time. The best part is being there and the worst part is having to leave to go get anything like food,etc. Its a great place to stay for a family get together or just have a peaceful day watching deer at the bottom or in the hot tub with a fire going.

Great place for a getaway: The house was exactly as described. Private, super clean, an very well maintained. The outdoor hot tub was fabulous. The surrounding neighborhood was picturesque and quiet. Great Cabin: Very nice cabin and will return. There was an issue with cleaning staff that I notified the owner about immediately since I figured he was unaware. Weekend Trip: Everything about this property was true as listed. My family and I enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. The property manager was very nice and welcoming and response time was phenomenal. He checked in to make sure all was well and we didn’t have any problems. The cabin was clean and very well stocked with almost anything you could possible need. It actually snowed our first morning there which made it even better. Will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful place with everything you could want!: The owner was very helpful and very prompt in responding to questions. The cabin is amazing! Fully stocked. Very up to date (and Google assistant was awesome). Clean clean clean. Feeder down below the cabin next to the creek for the deer (and we saw lots of them). Super comfortable and cozy. Best cabin we have stayed at!: The level of care that went into making this property a temporary home really show! Everything was extremely clean, well supplied, and full of things to help enjoy our vacation. The property itself was idyllic and set above a stream below. Each morning there were deer feeding at the bottom of the hill. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

More then just a vacation: We had an amazing trip!! The communication between us and Mr. Clark was incredibly important due to a hurricane coming through and knocking out all the power. He offered multiple options to change, keep or cancel our trip. He was very understanding and allowed us to change our days and notified us right when the power came on. We wanted to update the billing method and he was right on point. We have to say that due to the hurricane not many leaves where left on the trees but we seen 6 deer in one encounter and took a trip to the TN outlook posts 1hr and 10mins away and got our fix pretty quickly. Our sons had plenty to do with board games, tv and PlayStation. The sound of the creek and the crisp of the air made it very easy to enjoy the hot tub and indoor bath tub. We made home cooked meals with supplies from Ingles right down the street very convenient. The local restaurants were wonderful like Carroll's BBQ. Bumble Bee's had us down for a bit due to the cost but we got picked back up with the taste of apple fritters from Mercies orchards. The cabin was clean and smelled fresh and well taken care of. The beds were welcoming. Never sleep better (even bought the same bed). Overall we loved it. Sure there where some flaws but so minor it's not worth mentioning. We are team Clark. We highly recommend staying here before it comes off the market.

Peaceful Get-Away: The property is beautiful and in tip-top shape. My wife, her parents, and one of our grown sons stayed at the cabin as a get-away from the grind and chaos of daily life. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We went into nearby Blue Ridge once for lunch, but otherwise hung out at the cabin and enjoyed time relaxing. We would definitely stay there again.

Even though we had a tropical storm come through while staying there, we made the best of it. Gave us more of an opportunity to play some of the board games and even do a puzzle together. Weekend Getaway: This cabin is perfect in so many ways. We had 8 people in our group and we were all so comfortable during our stay. Check-in was easy and the cabin had the perfect size table and living spaces so we could all eat and hang out together. Perfect sanctuary for some good ol' fashioned spiritual healing: This cabin is in the perfect location. Up in the mountains, but 15 minutes from a couple cute little towns. Hiking and biking trails galore and boutique shops and restaurants all within a few miles. The listing claims a fully stocked kitchen and that is not an exaggeration. We had everything we needed for some amazing slow-cooked meals. The main level screened in porch provided a relaxing, calming environment perfect for your morning coffee. Included is an extremely helpful binder for the home that fills you in on everything you need to know about the cabin and the surrounding area. It is also a smart house, which is nice for turning on lights, TVs, music, etc. and everything is labeled for your convenience. The homeowner offers frequent and regular communication when/if needed. It was truly the perfect stay.

The perfect cabin get-away!: Our stay at WoodHaven was absolutely amazing! The owners attention to detail all throughout the cabin made for such a WOW factor, which included Google home throughout the house. Also charging ports by each bed. Everything being labeled made us at ease not wondering where items were. The kitchen was generously equipped. Very spacious and clean rooms. The entire cabin was perfectly decorated to give you that warm cozy cabin feel. The outside amenities were beyond expectations, each level of the house included its own private deck. The covered hot tub by the fireplace made for the perfect, relaxing, evening outside. The owner was readily available for any questions before or during our stay. We are already planning our next trip back to this beautiful cabin!
