I had a great stay here! The place was very clean and well-maintained — it’s clear the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests are comfortable. Communication was excellent; the host was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy.<br/>The only downside is that it felt a bit pricey for what it is, but overall, still a very positive experience. Would recommend for a short, stress-free stay!

This condo was great! Super clean and the new shower was a nice bonus. My buddy was able to stay up in the loft too, which made it extra affordable for us.<br/>Such a beautiful area up there. Plus it's right by the bus stop so it was really easy to get back and forth from downtown without the hassle of dealing with parking, etc.<br/>Overall, we loved the place and would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place - Super Location: Brett's place is very conveniently located between Peak 8 and town. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (mom, dad, 15 & 18 year old boys). I really appreciated the Britta pitcher provided. It made it easy to stay hydrated without depending on water bottles. I would stay here again but things I would tell a friend are: Security does not mess around about parking!!! Put the red parking permit on your dash or you will get a sticker on your window in less than an hour. You access the loft through a scuttle hole. It's shown in the photos but even my nimble & athletic teens got a little tired of going up and down the ladder 4pm is a hard check in time. One member of our traveling party was struggling a bit with altitude sickness. I reached out to Brett to see if we could access the place early but go no response. 10am is a little earlier than we would like to check out but we made it work by packing up our car and parking at the gondola lot (3 minutes away) and taking the gondola to the basin for the day.

March stay in Breckenridge: Our family of 5 had a fabulous time skiing in Breckenridge. The location was great, one stop to peak 8. We appreciated the ski locker and parking right outside. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and it worked well— might have been a little tight had we wanted to eat all of our meals there. The bed was comfortable and our kids appreciated there own space in the loft. Thanks so much for a great vacation.

I'm a bit of a design snob, and was pleased with what I saw online. When I first walked into the space, it blew me away with all of the attention to detail in every corner. The loft, the ski decor, and a functional kitchen with everything you could need after a long day of skiing. Getting on the bus to hit the slopes was seamless and can't forget how easy parking was. The toilet ball was broken and we went through the nightmare of repairing and adjusting it after every flush. Bathroom door lock did not work and we had no privacy to use bathroom /shower. The cereal lights in the living room did not work. The owner was unpleasant to communicate with. The laundry that operates on coins did not have any coin exchange machine and it was almost impossible to get coins in local places- looks like there is a shortage of cons there. I wish we were told about this fact. We would bring it with us to be able to do laundry. So 4 days of stay were great for ski-ing and nature, but the accommodation was unsatisfactory. We could never imagine that one can rent trough ARBNB an amenity with a basic necessities such as toilet , not working .

This place was everything that i was hoping for when i booked a vacation to go skiing in Colorado. The location was beautiful and it was super close to town and the main lifts to get up the mountain if you are a skier or snowboarder. The amenities were very up to date and it was very spacious in regards to everyone being comfortable enough and having enough room to themselves, all in all, we loved out experience. We will be back!

Overall the condo is in a good location with easy access to town. We didn't utilize the public transportation but we saw buses roaming around as described. The kitchen is fine, but some parts are a bit dated. Kudos for having it well stocked though with everything I needed to make meals.<br/>The mattresses are new and probably need a little break in time as they are very firm. We slept well enough.<br/>I would have given it 5 stars if laundry had been in unit. With the coin shortage, I was not able to acquire the $3.50 in quarters I needed to do a load.

Not a bad stay and a pretty convenient location, but definitely smaller than expected. Cleanliness was okay, but could have used a little more detail. Washer and dryer are not in unit as expected, but two buildings over. No flex on early check in or late check out, and slow, short responses, despite the several generic, extremely friendly emails that were sent out. We had a short stay, and Brett’s place was decent for what we needed.

This must be one of the best locations to stay in Breckenridge. Catch the free rider bus up or down the mountain, just feet from the front door. We even walked back from the ski resort a few days because this location was so close. You can also make it to the middle of town in less than 10 minutes. One thing to note of special importance is the fact that this is on the major road that runs from town to the ski resort. Since it is on the main road the road conditions were always great to and from the mountain. Inside of the house was just as great as the location. Overall great place to stay.

Great location for a couple with kids! 5 minute walk to the bus stop (Black Route) which takes you right to Peak 8 and the gondola. The bed in the loft is more for kids or smaller adults since the space is small. The living room pull out bed has a folded mattress topper that can be used so the bed has a little more cushion. You'll also have access to a small storage closet right outside the loft- it's perfect to place all your boards. Overall great place!

Do not book unless you are willing to deal with a third party management company that spams your email. Great spot for a young couple that wants a retreat in Breck. If you don't wan't to use public transportation, If you want to get to town quickly (without using public transportation) I recommend having a car. This is a great location, but incredibly tiny home. I would only sleep 6 here if I was desperate. I was on a trip with my mom and I had no idea that the loft was only accessible by a sketchy wooden ladder with rings that moved. I’m recovering from surgery and wearing a boot, so I was unable to climb up there and poor mom had to sleep up there. The couch is supposedly a bed option, but it’s super hard. Really I think this is a great stay for one couple, but I would not recommend having a bigger party than two.

We had a great stay at Brett's little condo in the trees. The location was great with a short walk to the gondola to ride down into town. There's also a lovely trail through the forest just at the end of the street. We had a small hiccup when we first arrived- we were expecting a pack n play for our 2 year old son but there wasn't one. We called Brett and he was able to locate one and drop it off within an hour. Just make sure to check ahead of time that it will be available if you need it for your kiddo! We would definitely stay in this little mountain haven again.

This stay was very cute and cozy! Fit 6 of us perfectly. The only thing we ran into was not realizing there would only be 2 designated passes for parking, as the description & after messaging with the host, made it seem as if there was not a limit to the amount of cars we could have park there (we had 3). There is a lot that you can pay for a couple miles away, but just be ready to plan to get to and from there if you have more than 2 cars, since it did put a dent in our plans very last minute. Overall, after knowing the parking situation, I would stay again!

Brett was very communicative throughout the entire process, and provided extremely detailed instructions on how to access his place. The location is top notch; it's about 10 minutes into town, and very close to the Breckenridge Mountain gondola. It is also directly on a bus line which makes getting around super easy. Inside the actual unit, everything was spotless; there is a nice balcony and large sliding glass door which provide quaint views. The place is big enough to sleep 4 easily (bed plus a lofted space with another mattress), and could even fit 2 more if one was so inclined to sleep on a pull-out mattress from the couch. Although I visited in the summer, this would be a perfect spot to post up for skiing Breck. I shall be back!

My friends and I had a great time at Brett’s! His place is only about a mile to downtown Breckenridge (tons of bars, restaurants, and shops), and all the basics were provided. <br/>The place is super clean, and will definitely suffice for a couple days, but we found the beds to be a little uncomfortable, and the check out process a little cumbersome (strip the beds, wash the dishes, etc).

Nice location. A little smaller than expected. Pull out couch is almost impossible to sleep on because of the metal bar underneath it, so that eliminates space for 2 people to sleep. Neighbors are not very friendly. There is no ski lift on the deck like in the pictures. Not the worst but could be a little better. Host is nice though.

Great place to stay at! Expect great comfort and convenience. Only thing missing was a pair of tongs for the grill (or maybe we couldn’t find it). Other than that, the bed was amazing and therapeutical and the location was superb (5 mins drive to gondola). Brett was excellent and friendly on communication. Would 200% come stay again if Brett will have us :)

Oddly spacious for a cozy place. Bedroom is great. Bedroom has good closet space. The loft bed is really comfy (just watch your head and make sure you can climb a vertical ladder), although the pullout couch was almost unsleepable becuase of the bars under the mattress. May be ok for lighter/smaller kids. Quiet, great kitchen, really close to the hills oor town. Great value.

Brett’s place is wonderful. It is located just a quick walk away from the shuttle bus stop to the gondola (which will take you up to the chair lifts). To town, it is a 5 minute drive. <br/>The place is clean and comfortable. He has a boot warmer which is amazing after a long day skiing in this cold weather (we are from San Francisco as a benchmark...)<br/>His place has everything you need to cook a meal. And if you don’t, Brett is super responsive. We were missing a tea kettle and he brought over an awesome one the next day. <br/>Thank you Brett! We hope to come back soon and would recommend your place for anyone looking for a great vacation in the mountains.

We stayed with Brett for a long weekend, and though the condo was a bit crowded for a group of four, it was a pretty good experience. We enjoyed the short walk to the bus stop for the Black Route that takes you up to Peak Seven and Eight. We were able to cook, watch tv with our personal logins, and clean up after a long day on the slopes. There are three beds available, one in the bedroom, one up in the loft through use of a ladder, and a pull out couch bed that has a thinner mattress. Plenty of towels and bedding to go around, but you may want to bring some extra toilet paper and paper towels as we ran out. If you are in town for some time on the slopes, I would highly recommend making a long weekend of it as we never waited much longer than a minute or two while we were skiing Monday/ Tuesday. Enjoy Breck, and enjoy the powder!

Brett’s place is a cozy Airbnb in a perfect location in Breckenridge! Everything from check in to check out was extremely smooth and Brett communicated everything that needed to be brought to our attention perfectly (I.e. prior guest making a mess with pizza in the oven and informing us that the oven would be on self clean before we arrived). We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to Breckenridge soon and will definitely stay at Brett’s place again, if possible!

We had an amazing time. The loft is better than pictured! The house is super cozy especially when you put on a YouTube fire. There is plenty of cookware so you can scrounge up a nice meal. The place is located in a prime location. A 10 min walk up to base 8 and a 20 min walk down to town. There are easy buses right outside that take you in both directions. Brett is a great communicator and puts a lot of time and energy into making this feel like a home away from home. I’d recommend this place and this host to anyone. We would love you come back! We had an amazing stay at Brett’s place. The location was so beautiful in the winter time with all of the snow on the pine trees. Brett was a great communicator with us about any questions we had. Only about a 5 minute drive from town which was great! The place was very clean and the loft was definitely unique to this condo and super cute. We had 6 people stay here which was a bit small for us but amazing for the price. Plus, we had enough beds with the room, pull out and mattress in the loft. Overall it was a great stay and would love to come again!
