10/10! Out of all the AirBnB's I have booked this was by far the best. The hosts are so nice & accommodating, very responsive and were available for the duration of our stay to answer questions. The hottub switch malfunctioned, they had someone there the next morning to fix it, and then came back to make sure it was working in the evening as well<br/>The house is a home. It is so cozy and spacious at the same time. A lot of space to hangout with your friends/family and also sleep comfortably. We ended up spending most of our time at the house instead of going out <br/>Will definitely be returning for future trips!

This housing development was created for travelers. Many houses all the same basic design. This house? Owned by people that have a “gift for hospitality”. My entire family (mostly adults over 30 yrs old) were all charmed and beaming when we left at check out. Out teenage granddaughter (13) and grandson (5) were as happy as could be. We made some great memories and are grateful that there are some generous people in this world. 100% great value! These pictures are accurate. A group of 8 of us stayed here and we had a wonderful time. The villa was well maintained and very well stocked. The hosts were great, sending useful information and checking that all was ok throughout our stay. There was plenty of towels, utensils, crockery and all we could need for our two week stay. The pool area was excellent, and the heat welcome on a few chillier days. We also got great use from the games room - everyone was trying to outdo scores on the pinball machine, a real hit! We would have no hesitation in staying again - thank you for a wonderful time!

The house was exactly as described. The space was welcoming and homey. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Any issues with the house were addressed within minutes. The host was thoughtful and accommodating. We had so much fun in the game room. The back yard pool was wonderful and the host had it cleaned several times in the 9 days we were there. The free propane and pool (and hot tub) heating are a definite bonus that most hosts don’t include. As for house, I don’t think you could get much better than this one. They have thought of everything and respond to your every need. The only thing that could possibly make this home better is if it was a little closer to the splash pad and lazy river. It is about 1/2 mile walk, but we drove with the little ones and still had a wonderful time! I can’t say enough about how helpful the host was. You will love staying in this home!

We had an amazing stay at Melanie and Stani's place! The house was super spacious and definitely more than big enough to accommodate our group of 10! The house was about 30-40 minutes away from the disney world and universal theme parks, so not too far, and had a bunch of grocery stores nearby which was super convenient! We wish we could've stayed longer to really enjoy the house since we spent most of the trip at the theme parks, but we hope to come back again someday!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a special stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. It was clear a lot of care had gone into making it comfortable. Our host was excellent—communication was clear, check-in easy, and they made us feel right at home.<br/>The games room was a hit, especially with the kids, who were sad to leave because they wanted to play more. The house had plenty of space for everyone with cozy spots to relax and a big dining table for meals. From the moment I booked this property, Melanie was very responsive to every question I had. If she said certain information would be sent at a certain time, it was sent at that time. The home itself was amazing it suited our family gathering perfectly. Even if you don’t need certain items, it’s there anyway. It was very easy to communicate with owner. Our only hiccup (which was no fault of owner) was dealt with immediately. Onsite staff at clubhouse was also great if you opt to spend day lazy river. Security is also great and provides peace of mind knowing that they are readily available. If i could provide 10 stars I would.

This place was perfect for our 5-day, 19 person (11 children, 8 adults) family getaway. The house literally had everything we needed on site and came stocked with plenty beach supplies! The host was very responsive, accurately descriptive, and very informative about the area. With so many children, I thought noise nightly would be a factor but with bedroom doors closed, the teens had a great time staying up playing video games without interrupting adult sleep. lol There are great eats and treats within 10 minutes of the house and an walkable clubhouse pool area too. With Summer traffic, we were 30-40 minutes from all things Orlando. Florida is known for its sporadic showers. The heated pool and hot tub on site made for a real lifesaver when it rained. When I say this property owner has thought of everything! This location will not disappoint. The smaller boys lived the Peter Pan room while the smaller girls loved the Frozen room too. It was perfect!

The house was exactly as pictured/described. Melanie and Stani were outstanding host. There was a small issue with one of the lights and they resolved the issues promptly. When contacted we heard back within minutes, yes I said minutes! They sent messages throughout our stay with tips to heat the hot tub and cover the pool. The house was well stocked and we took advantage of the waffle bar. The house was close Publix and many good restaurants. There is a community pool with a lazy river and bar that was within walking distance. The game room was such an added bonus and unlike other places we have stayed, everything worked. Fun place, super clean. Well worth it! I would stay there again without question!

The house was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch, and so many amenities we didn't need anything! The most well-stocked AirBnb we've EVER been to!<br/>Access to the house was easy, the pool and hottub were in excellent condition and definitely a welcome place to go after visiting the local attractions. Beds were REAL beds, not a springboard which gave us a good nights rest every night. The special effects were neat, but we mostly enjoyed the game room! Will definitely look to this spot for any future returns to Orlando!

You are welcomed with a crisp clean cool air as you walk to the house. The design of the house is simple yet elegant, everything is easy to find. They had plenty of high chairs, strollers, pack and play to accommodate the kiddos. The pool was refreshing and always the perfect temperature which was ideal considering our stay was in September. This home turned out to be the perfect destination for celebrating a milestone birthday with extended family. We had three generations all staying under one roof, and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space to gather and move about thanks to the open layout. We enjoyed large family meals together and even brought in a private Italian chef for dinner one evening. The kitchen and dining area are massive! Having all the towels provided and two washers and dryers were a big win. We had eight children ages 4 to 14, and they took full advantage of the game room. There's so much to do at the house and also with the clubhouse amenities, we never left the property. We brought our own floats for the lazy river, which was a favorite. The hosts were incredibly responsive. We only contacted them once during our stay, and they were right on top of it. Would definitely come back!

The house and hosts were excellent. My kids loved staying here and everything was very, very comfortable. We used the pool and hot tube every day. They were very quick to help us out with even the smallest requests. That being said, we were there during the end of Spring Break and the gated neighborhood was packed to the gills with other short term guests. While we only had our own car, some of the other houses had 4 or 5 vehicles, so they were parking on the lawns and crowding the narrow street, so it was often very difficult to get in and out. Of course, this is not Melanie's doing in any way, but nonetheless, it is a problem. Orlando, in general, was very crowded, but by the Sunday after Easter, April 7th, many other visitors were gone, which was a welcome relief. If I were going to Orlando again, I would try to avoid the weeks of Spring Break. Close to shops like Walmart and Publix.

This property is exactly as listed. It has everything you need to stay with a young family, and friends. The house is clean, everything was in working order. There are pool toys for small children, and even toys in the house which was a bonus! There were two pack and plays, and a bed rail that could be used. Our children who are very young enjoyed the themed rooms. A baby gate at the top of the stairs was very useful when doing tasks upstairs in the morning. We were able to get to and from all main theme parks within 30minutes, and on site parking was sufficient for the two vehicles. The community pool and gym were great too. We cannot rave enough, and we definitely will return! Thank you Melanie and family!

There is so much to do without having to leave the premises. Between the pool/hot tub/ pool table/and game room you are set for a great time!!! The accommodations are spectacular but what really sets them apart though is Melanie and her Co-hosts friendly and timely response to our questions or concerns. We were so well taken care of from start to finish. Even after leaving there was concern that we had left something behind. They went above and beyond in trying to find it for us - so appreciated. We had an amazing stay from beginning to end. Attention to detail in every aspect of the home, from furnishings to amenities, all as described. Communication was great - Melanie and her staff were responsive within minutes to any questions we had, they went above and beyond, even arranging for delivery of a pickleball set to use at the main Windsor resort building (FYI, it's a basketball court, half of which has painted pickleball lines (regulation dimensions) and a net on wheels -- perfect for us.) Not one insect of any kind was spotted anywhere in the house; it was January, but still pretty amazing pest control given that it's Florida. Plenty of towels, super big family gathering areas upstairs and down, loved the extras in the kitchen like tea, spices, syrup and toppings for waffles, and Keurig cups. I researched for hours to find a place that had great reviews and a more personal touch, and it truly paid off. It was a great experience for us, thanks again to Melanie and her staff.

We never felt crowded or that we were up on one another and it was 17 of us staying in the home. She was very responsive and accommodated all request prior to our arrival. Melanie was kind and gracious she went beyond the Air BnB expectations. Traveling in Dec we were fearful we would not be able to use the pool. However, the pool temperature was lovely and the Jacuzzi even better 👌🏾💯. Check out was easy breezy. <br/>My family & I would most certainly return. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and we are a pretty particular group of people. <br/>Quick tip phone service is not strong in the community & home. Screen shot or print your directions prior to arriving at the home. We were so happy with this place! I have to say that it is exactly as pictured. There is so much space. Melanie is an amazing host. She was very quick to respond. The house was cleaner than I expected. The game room was a big hit, so was the waffle bar, the pool and hot tub, the Frozen bedroom, etc. Everything worked. There were some weird cell service dead spots but I couldn't tell if it was the house or certain phones because my phone seemed to be working fine. I was very surprised that the kitchen was very well-stocked with ziploc bags, garbage bags and spices and coffee and soap, strollers, games and toys. As for location, it is in a very nice development, very quiet and clean. It is about 10-15 mins from local shops/food but it is about 45 mins from the airport so plan accordingly. It is 20-30 mins from Disney and 30-40 mins. from Universal. Not in Disney's backyard so it felt nice and private. Oh, I also want to thank Melanie for the Christmas tree and holiday decorations! That was a nice touch because our trip was to celebrate Christmas early with our Orlando family. Book it! You won't regret it.

We had two 9 year old boys that were running around inside the house playing as boys do and we received text messages that the noise level was exceeded. When we were around the pool outside splashing and having fun we received text messages that the noise level was exceeded. It was disconcerting that devices were listening both inside and outside, and it was during the day before the night quiet time even began. Security even came by to mention it. A rental car (not ours) was stolen from this gated community down the street from us during the stay. We will not be returning there.

Truly a perfect vacation home for our 8 night Orlando stay! We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this AirBNB was the absolutely best we've ever stayed at. The house was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, well stocked, exactly as shown in the photos and we loved all the themed rooms and our young twins spent plenty of time in the Frozen room watching the fireworks on the ceiling. There was so much to do at the house and the community. We spent hours in the air conditioned game room playing arcade games, pinball and air hockey while watching football, videos and movies. Lots of fun time every day enjoying the pool and hot tub and really enjoyed the community pool with splash pad, lazy river, bar and cafe. I can't say enough about this incredible property. Thank you for letting our family stay at your home. We definitely will stay here again if it is available for our next trip to Orlando.

Great communication with the host! This house is fantastic, from comfortable beds to extra amenities like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion in every bathroom. Perfect for large families! The semi private backyard is great with a nice pool and spa that actually got Hot!Location is great, close to everything, Disney property is about 25 min away with traffic! I would definitely stay here again!

Melanie was super helpful and responsive and the house is very spacious and lovely and accommodated our 18 family members very well! We loved the woods behind the property that provided a stronger sense of privacy while swimming in the pool and sitting on the patio. The game room was great, the fireworks in the frozen room were awesome, and the upstairs loft area provided an additional spacious area for hanging out and having fun. We had a great stay! The resort was super fun too, but can get a little bit crowded. My suggestion is to go early and leave by lunchtime. This place had all we needed and lots of extras and Melanie’s hospitality and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. Thanks, Melanie!

I have stayed at several Airbnb homes and I have dealt with many great host but Melanie was by far the best!!! It was as if she was sitting by her phone waiting on me to contact her. This home was beautiful inside and out! We walked in and instantly fell in love with it. We are a family of 11 and there was space for everyone. It was immaculately clean and well stocked. Coffee to start you off with, garbage bags in case you forgot, pool accessories that you never knew you needed, abundance of towels and detergent to keep them clean etc. etc! The game room was a dream come true for my son and his cousins, rainy day entertainment taken care of!! No matter how tired they were they still found time to get a little gaming in each night and every night I heard “mom the game room is so cool!” If by chance you wanted a board game they had that too a whole closet to choose from. We had enough seating for everyone both inside and out. No lacking of plates, cups silverware and cooking utensils. The Harry Potter room by far, I believe everyone’s jaw dropping favorite room! You closed the door and you were instantly transported into “The Harry Potter world!” Each and every room and bathroom was beautifully decorated and thought out, from extra pillows to shampoo, conditioner and lotion to start us off with. Any question or concern that came up Melanie had an answer and a solution! She was a pleasure to work with. The house was exactly as described and more! We had not left yet and we’re already planning to come back. I have been renting through VRBO for quite a few years and this house was by far the best one yet!

Our family of 13 stayed for 4 nights. The house is spectacular. We go to Orlando every year, and this property is the best rental we have stayed in. Usually when we rent a property, we would have to bring/purchase extra things for the home like a cutting board, salt and pepper, laundry detergent but we did not have to this time. The house was very clean and fully equipped from each bedroom/bathroom, to the kitchen, to the laundry room. Every thing, even the games in the game room, in the house was in fantastic shape. Each bed in the bedrooms is very comfy and not broken in. The sheets are soft and cool. The game room was a hit for our family, for we are a family that loves foosball and air hockey. Also, we have never been to a rental where the pool spa actually heated up like a jacuzzi, this was a huge bonus. Melanie would even turn on the spa for us when we were on the way home from being at the park all day. This alone shows how amazing of a host she is. Even though it was a 35-40min drive every time to go to our destinations, Melanie and Enrique’s property was well worth it. Melanie was quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating. Our family arrived into town hours earlier than expected. Instead of waiting until the original check in time, Melanie let us check in earlier. She would check in on us every once in awhile and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. Thank you, Melanie and Enrique, for this wonderful stay! I highly, highly recommend!

The house is gorgeous, spacious and exactly what I wanted to be able to fellowship and make amazing memories with my family for my husbands bday. First of all, Melanie is the very best!!! Every concern, all of which were minor, was addressed immediately. The house was exactly as pictured, and very spacious - loads of room to spread out for our family of twelve, with ages ranging from 11 to 71. The boys especially loved hanging out in the game room, and the pool and hot tub were big hits. The drive to Disney was quicker than I anticipated. All in all, a great place to stay!

We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. Fully supplied kitchen and no need to purchase even dishwasher detergent Same with the laundry room. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t need any laundry detergent for our big family and the towels. The themed rooms and game room were a big hit with all our grandchildren. This amazing house was perfect for our family! The kitchen was huge and well stocked, the dining table fit us all comfortably. The Disney themed bedrooms were a big hit with the little ones and the teens, and how the teens loved the game room. The weather was quite warm so we were even able to use the pool. It was a bit of a drive to the parks, but at the end of the day it was a great place to come home to.

We have stayed at several different homes over the last few years and this one has been the best. We tried to book it for our family trip next year but it’s already taken. The pool and spa were set at perfect temperatures and the home had everything we needed. Photos of the house are exactly as shown. Home was very accommodating. It had plenty of dishes, silverware, beds/rooms for our family of 15! Beds were comfy, living room/kitchen/dining room was spacious, and the game room was so much fun for our kids to play. The use of the spa and swimming pool were a little confusing, but once we figured it out, it was easy to use. Melanie was very prompt at answering all of our questions via text, which made our stay very pleasant. The only negative would be the time and traffic to and from the parks (Approx. 30 min to Disney and 40 to Universal). However, that has nothing to do with the home itself. Thank you, Melanie for allowing us to stay in your home. My family and I enjoyed it and would stay again!

This was by far my best house rental experience ever, across all platforms. The host was absolutely phenomenal. The house was awesome. The pool was fantastic. Everything was super clean. The host left a reasonable amount of supplies to get you started (which is nice since since some hosts leave you with ONE roll of toilet paper- and only the smallest roll made. This was a welcome change) The theme rooms were fun for my younger kids- there was even a projection of fireworks in the frozen room! There were ample towels for the pool and showers (another problem I've encountered In Orlando rentals). All appliances worked well. The game room was a major plus for the days/times that we wanted to take it easy. There were a few board games and books in the closet, which is always nice, and a great lounge with pool table upstairs that we enjoyed. The resort seemed nice, though we didn't really take advantage of that this visit. I think my only "complaint" would be that the upstairs master suite was much smaller than most I've stayed in, and the bathrooms in general, while totally passable and it was so nice that there were so many, were not stunning or anything. But I know that some of those spaces are compromised on in order to have a house with awesome living spaces that can sleep so many people. (Note: the downstairs master suite had an amazing bathroom- but that one is for my inlaws who can't do the stairs) The water pressure was great though, and the beds and linens were so comfortable that I tried to figure out where they were all from so I could buy them for my house. By far what made the visit so enjoyable was the host. I try not to bother my hosts, but there were a million questions I had and issues I needed help with, and Melanie was so*darn*patient* with me. We needed a medical device delivered, and she made it easy as pie. We had questions about the appliances and sabbath observance, and she did whatever she could do to help us. And she never made me feel like I was a bother. Honestly, when you are going to stay somewhere for more than a couple of days, a host can really make or break your visit. I couldn't have been happier with Melanie. I dont know if we will be back In Orlando next year, but if we are I definitely would love to stay here again.
