Step out the back the door to access the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9; or take a quick jaunt across the street to enjoy all that Main St. has to offer! It's all at your fingertips here, as our motto is; "this is where Breckenridge meets the mountains!" With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location you'll find it here as the Village at Breckenridge has it all! You can enjoy full valet services; an indoor/outdoor pool with four outdoor hot tubs and a fitness room with tread mills, weights and other equipment. Rent skis in the building too! Our unit is on the fourth of seven floors overlooking the Plaza where you will begin each day with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sun rising over Baldy Mountain and the Continental Divide. In the evening you can relax with a romantic view of the town's festive lights. There is no place like Peak 9 Inn; and if you are looking for a fabulous location at a great price, you have found the perfect condo! The complete overhaul of that area in 2022 is really something to see as it turned out very nice we think! You name it, it's new in our unit. We recently redid everything from floor to the ceiling. New carpet, cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, king size bed, sectional sofa with a pullout, and a smarf TV to unwind after a long day on the slopes. While we closed for Covid in 2020 we added a new walk-in shower, doors and trim throughout as well as new paint and bedroom set for more storage in the unit. June of 2022 we added new flooring in the main area as well. If comfort is what you desire, comfort is what you'll get, as we believe our second home should be just as comfortable, if not more, than our primary residence. Lastly, coming spring of 23 we will be adding stainless steel appliances to the kitchen for a more modern look. You'll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? Mix a few drinks with the blender or open a bottle of wine before you head across the street to enjoy the shops, dining, and other entertainment Breckenridge has to offer. We have included a binder in the unit of places we like to venture out to to get you pointed it the right direction for some of the additional amenities and hot spots around the area. The best part in our opinion about this unit is that is literally 30 yards out the back door to the Quicksilver Superchair and 1 block out the front door to Main St where are the action takes places after the slopes for food, drinks, and shopping. There are free bus stops outside the building, main street is a block away, and you can walk out the back door to get on the Quicksilver Superchair if you are skiing or boarding. The slogan of our village does say it all. "Where the Mountains Meet Main Street." There is free ski storage for all guests during season at Christi Sports ; which is located in the building adjacent to us. Right on the way to the ski lift so less gear to carry.

This place was clean and had all the space and amenities two people would need. It was perfect location for Main Street Breckenridge and it was easy to get to all of our hiking destinations. Wonderful!!! Location and attention to detail!: Peak 9 Studio of Dreams was Wonderful from the start. I can't say enough about how great the owners were with quick communication throughout the entire process with all my questions before booking and providing all the needed information for check-in and check-out, parking, location, etc. We did take advantage of the parking pass (20$/day) which we felt was well worth the money. The location was perfect!! Close to everything. Quick walk to main street. Bus stop right out the front entrance. The attention to detail was exceptional. The detailed description of check-in was outstanding. We loved the opportunity to download the Peak 9 app provided for quick reference to all information during our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen was so nice with all needed items for cooking. Because our stay was at the end of July with warmer temps during the day, we appreciated the portable cooling unit and nice size box fan provided by the hosts. Firsthand experience from being a guest in other properties, these things are extras the host kindly provides for their guests that need to be recognized. (I read in the description and had a understanding AC units are rare and 90% of properties in Breck do not have them.) We appreciated these extras provided. The welcome gift bag was much appreciated too! Such great hosts! We would most definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay: Pros: Excellent location. Nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool/hot tubs/sauna/steam room every evening after full days of activities. "Game Room" was also fun for our 13/11yr old with pool table and arcade games. Condo was well maintained, bed was comfortable, and kids comfortably slept on couch. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Cons: Emails prior to arrival were a little lengthy and inaccurate which made arrival and access to the condo a bit confusing. Once in, the condo was extremely stuffy so we of course went straight to AC instructions where it stated "THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AC (Not Advertised)"....seemed a bit shady not to clearly state this in the VRBO listing! Luckily we weren't in the condo during the day, seeing it was in the 80s during our stay. Night was comfortable enough. Kitchen needs some staples for ease of cooking: cooking spray, oil, salt/pepper would be very helpful! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, but definitely would not recommend for friends who can't do without an AC.

I had one issue where I had neglected to select my parking and a call to Nick was answered in one ring at dinner time and he was so friendly! I like renting from great people and it was easy to see that was the case here. Unit was perfect for two, so clean and a thoughtful gift bag and anniversary sparkler were waiting on the counter.

Conveniently located and very clean: This is a lovely condo. The unit was very nicely remodeled and probably the cleanest we have ever rented. The bathroom was separated into three spaces which could be closed off as needed. Storage was tight for winter clothes, but being a studio that was expected. It was very quiet at night and the blackout curtains did an excellent job blocking the town lights. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking with full-sized appliances although we did little more than heat up restaurant leftovers. The indoor parking was nice, but we didn’t find out about the $35/night parking fee until after we had rented the unit. The fee is only charged during the winter season. The info app made check in easy, but you will be expected to glean all of the information from that as questions about the unit will not be individually answered. That being said, all of the information we needed was in the app. We rented equipment from the downstairs Breck Sports on level 1 of the complex and had free storage there for the duration of our stay. The lift was about a five-minute walk from the rental store. You would be hard pressed to find a closer complex at this price point. There is an emergency room located just around the corner from the unit making rental return a breeze for your spouse if you blow out your knee on the last run of the trip. The pool area was beautiful but we did not soak or swim. We saw lots of families enjoying the heated pool and hot tubs. The unit is very convenient to town and close to many wonderful restaurants and a grocery. I would definitely rent again.

Great accommodations and location: I booked this spot for a last minute trip to Breck. The location is awesome, just a block off Main Street and all that it has to offer, and walking distance to Beaver Run, etc. The studio was exactly as described, and comfortably laid out. It was warm and a little stuffy upon arrival, but I opened opened windows and turned on the ceiling fan; all was cool within 15 minutes. This place is perfect for a couple, or maybe even 3 adults. Check in was easy and I appreciated being able to do a self-check in, as my flight was delayed and my arrival was quite late in the night. Quick communication with the host too. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

The location is awesome, just a block off Main Street and all that it has to offer, and walking distance to Beaver Run, etc. The studio was exactly as described, and comfortably laid out. It was warm and a little stuffy upon arrival, but I opened opened windows and turned on the ceiling fan; all was cool within 15 minutes. This place is perfect for a couple, or maybe even 3 adults. Check in was easy and I appreciated being able to do a self-check in, as my flight was delayed and my arrival was quite late in the night. Quick communication with the host too. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked to have everything you need. Location: 3-minute walk to main Street, with all the restaurants, coffee shops, and stores you could ask for. Skiing: The Quicksilver super chair is basically right outside the building. As suggested by the host DO NOT TRY TO START YOUR DAY SKIING BETWEEN 9:30-10:30. So many people. Get out between 8:30-9:00, and you'll have the lift to yourself. Make a plan, and get further away from the Peak 9 base. All the ski lessons are happening there, and it's pretty crowded until 1pm. Great stay, thanks!

Unfortunately, my boyfriend got very sick and I had to get him home as soon as possible, so I didn't get to stay the whole trip. Absolutely beautiful!: Absolutely amazing! This unit is beautiful and my husband and I said several times how happy we were that we chose it. Great Place to Stay: This was a great place to stay for our summer Breck getaway! The only problems were the temperature of the room (no ac- very warm!) and the washer and dryer is not in the room (you have to pay to use it.) Other than that, it was a great experience. The owner was super nice and easy to work with!

Wonderful location and fully equipped unit: This is a lovely studio unit that is fully equipped. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. The unit is in a great location with excellent amenities. The unit is a large studio and was very comfortable for the two of us.

Great location: I came across a bit of trouble accessing the keys and parking pass but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Once that was resolved, everything was great. Excellent location, very clean, and supplied with basic amenities (coffee, spices, toiletries, etc). I would definitely stay again.

Location Location Location: This unit is located in the Village at Breckenridge, which is on the south end of Main Street and about 100 yards from the Quicksilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9. Sure, the unit lacks adequate closet space and the bed was too soft for my girlfriend, but you can't beat the location. The underground heated parking was also nice. Other than driving to Keystone for some night skiing there was no need to drive the car since we could walk to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street and Breckenridge Market & Liquor was a 5 minute walk for groceries. When we first arrived we noticed two lights were burnt out in the kitchen, but Nick responded to my email within minutes and let us know extra bulbs were under the sink. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful Christmas!!!: This condo was everything we were looking for! The location was perfect- close to skiing and downtown. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you will need. It also has a super comfy bed! The owners are awesome to work with and quick to respond with any concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Breckenridge: This was a great location. Steps to the ski lift and ticket office and steps to downtown Brekenridge. The condo is clean and updated. We had 4 people, two adults and two teenage boys. It was a little tight but it worked for us! The only suggestion I have would be some hooks on the doors or bathroom walls to hang damp ski clothes.

Great place, with a great location!: Couldn’t ask for a better first experience to Colorado. The room is perfect, full kitchen saves a ton of money on meals and the bed is super comfy for a great nights sleep. Nick was very good at checking in and making sure our trip a huge success! Had a couple issues while we were there (not related to the room) and nick was very helpful. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Breckenridge, look no farther. The hot tubs are an added bonus! Thanks for everything and when we go back I will be using Nick again!

Loved it: Excellent condo with easy slope access and great "hot tub culture" (meet people from all over the world). It was also nice to easily walk to all the bars an restaurants. Much needed vacation!: The unit was clean and well stocked. I could not believe, crock pot, baking dishes, utensils, blender, toaster. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, lotion, hand soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets! And when we contacted the owner because we could not find the humidifier they brought one the next morning. The unit was good for my wife and I our daughter was suppose to come with us, but she could not. I think we would have been too crowded. The one thing we missed was a place to put our clothes in there wasn't a dresser or chest drawer to put our clothes in. Other than that we had a great time the weather was great the hikes were beautiful the crepes a la carte were delicious. The city market was close by and a great place to get groceries. We drove around Lake Dillon it was beautiful, we walked around Frisco, Keystone, and Dillon they were near by towns about 15 minute drive. the bike trails were great too. We are already talking about coming back, it was a nice break from the heat, which by the way the unit does not have ac we were worried but it turn out we didn't need one the nights were cool and during the day we were out and when we got back we just turn on the fan and it was fine.

Great time!!: We had a great time in Breck. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo was even nicer than the photos! SUPER comfy bed, very modern and up-to-date appliances. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

great location but hot: Great property and location with well stocked kitchenette. Nice bath. Room can get hot with south-east facing windows, despite fan (no AC).

Great Mountain Getaway with In-town Convenience: We had a great time staying at the VanDer Sluis condo. Being located at the "end" of Main Street, we were able to park the car and walk to wherever we wanted to venture in town. Check-in was a breeze, just stopped by the management office, grabbed the keys and we were off. Similarly at check-out the drop box made for an easy departure. The accommodations in the condo and the associated facilities were true to the photos and the bed was super comfortable. This time of the summer we felt like we had the place to ourselves. :-) I would recommend this unit any time of the year.

The location was perfect for us to walk around town with out having to use our car. The condo was really warm inside with the heat set on 50 degrees, so we sleep with the windows opened and fan on. But in the winter time I'm sure it stays just the right temperature. We would come go back and stay at this condo again!

Perfect place for one to four people: I took my son and a friend skiing over spring break. The condo was easy to get to in the heart of Breckenridge. The accomodations were compact but with good use of space, just as the pictures reflect. The bathroom layout allowed privacy in the shower area, the water closet, and the dressing/sink area, which allowed everyone time to get ready without being in one another's way. The property was clean, well maintained and updated. The owner offered to answer questions prior to our stay and followed up during the stay to make sure everything was going well. We were also able to keep our ski equipment in our vehicle in the garage...it was heated and just a few steps from the slopes, so we didn't have to drag equipment a long distance after skiing all day. I would definitely recommend this property and owner. Nick couldn't have responded quicker or been more helpful when answering questions!
