I took my sons for a last minute retreat and it was exactly what we needed! We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the views were so beautiful. There was a super friendly dog that came to greet us when we arrived, which my sons loved! The bed was really comfortable, it was peaceful, and overall it was a wonderful experience. We're definitely coming back very soon.

This is a little slice of heaven. Incredibly peaceful and private getaway spot. It was perfect for a reset. It is clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to walk around. There were birds and wildlife all around. The cookies were delicious. It is a very well maintained, loved, and taken care of facility. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I took a road trip over the weekend, driving from California to Illinois. We had been driving 3 days non stop taking turns and decided to stop near Tulsa to stay the night before making it home the next day. I suggested finding a quiet place with a hot tub so we could rest and relax and be ready to drive the next day. This place was perfect. Secluded enough, beautiful surroundings, close enough to Tulsa to drive into the city and check it out. We ended up getting massages and had a great nights sleep. Everything was clean and as described. <br/>Their dog, Honey, was our favorite part of our stay.

Secluded, off the beaten path but not too far from Bartlesville or Tulsa. With the cottage on the hill up in the trees it feels like you’re in your own private world. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we have business in Tulsa.

It was a really nice place. Amber and her husband were amazing. Really nice place. The bed is so comfortable. Really amazing comforters. Nothing feels cheap. The shower wasn’t hot enough my first night and then I realized I didn’t turn on / activate the switch on the wall to turn on the heater. So don’t be like me. Lol <br/>I got snowed in. And I was here visiting in a rental car. A Toyota Camry. I mention this bc there is a super loooooong driveway and very steep entrance to the property. Because it snowed it was very difficult making it up the hill with anything not a jeep and with four wheel drive. I would have enjoyed my trip immensely more if I hadn’t been snowed in. But that doesn’t take away from amber’s house. <br/>The only other thing I can mention but it doesn’t take away from them is the water pressure is really weak in the shower but they said they were aware and working on it with a plumber to try and get it right. I’d stay again.

Wasn't going to make another review, but the fact Amber didn't respond to my complaint is absolutely disgusting! <br/>Stayed a week ago and the place was great. Very clean (overwhelming smell of fabulous). I figured since im a Operations Manager over EVS(janitorial) and travel a lot, I had found a clean place to stay. Booked the exact room a week later. Noticed black hair on the foor and sink. Went to pull the sheets back and black hair on the sheets(im platinum blonde). I blow it off. If I was trying to get a refund I would have called Airbnb immediately that night and got it!! Next morning I start to clean up and open the cabinet to find the trash overflowing!! At 7:30am I message Amber. I give her 24 hours to respond and absolutely nothing!! They didn't clean the unit. Only made the bed and restocked. Im a janitorial manager and know exactly. Wish I could post the pictures for proof. Absolutely disgusting that I didn't even get an "were sorry"! Zero cares for the guest!! Lost a customer

Traveling for work. Was going to rent a not so great hotel. Something told me to look on Airbnb and just see...Was so happy when I found this place. Way cheaper than the hotel and of course a lot cleaner! Fireplaced worked, the jacuzzi tub is always nice when you can't be at home, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, tv in both rooms, big bathroom, nice cozy bed, and a beautiful view from balcony. Dollar General next door. Make sure you stop for drinks and snacks. Restaurants are a bit of a drive. Would love to stay in the summer and actually have time to walk around outside. I will definitely stay again!

This cabin is a dreamy retreat. Thoughtfully decorated and very clean, it housed our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) for two nights. The property is lovely, and the cabin view is incredible. I honestly didn’t know Oklahoma was so beautiful. We very much enjoyed the pool, and the hosts were perfectly responsive, getting back to us quickly and going above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed, while also maintaining the distance and privacy you might expect at a retreat. We loved our stay here and hope to return.

We were looking for a last minute place to get away for the night while being close to home. Everything was booked, and while it took a few different attempts searching AirBnb, Jarrett Farm Resort eventually popped up as an available option (not sure why AirBnB made it so difficult to find this property on their website - I searched the same area with the same filters several times). We booked it and were very happy with our stay. The added extras in the room were a nice touch, the scones were amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for long showers, clean bathroom, and overall a really good getaway. Glad to know this place is here, will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Great location if you're looking to stay near Tulsa but not too close. Great hosts provided everything we needed. the jacuzzi worked well and the stars were incredible to look at out away from the city! The walls were on the thinner side so we could hear our neighbors but thankfully they were only there 1 of the 4 nights we stayed. We would stay again.

We had to make an emergency trip to Skiatook and knowing we had to stay overnight, lucked out in finding Jarrett's Farm just 30 minutes north. While we picked it due to location, we really found it an ideal place to rest as it was extremely clean and quiet.<br/>I vaguely remember Jarrett's from our time in Tulsa and the new owners are reviving this choice piece of property. The grounds are FANTASTIC and we wished we had time to explore the area as you have a beautiful view from the top of the hill through the forests down to the little valley below. Each window looked out to a view.<br/>The accommodations were immaculate, both in cleanliness and in style. If you like Pottery Barn and World Market, you will love the clean, modern, but yet comfortable furnishings. The colors of taupe, and the rich navy blue were really pretty but calming. The bed and linens smelled great and were very comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows as I sleep with several. I also loved the rugs the owners chose for under the bed and in the living room.<br/>There is a small fridge, kitchen skin, coffee maker, and microwave. Being out of town, you may want to bring some food and if you want to sleep in or picnic. The hosts do have an option to ordering a small breakfast but we got in so late and were so tired that we didn't do that.<br/>If you are in Tulsa, and wanted to re-charge, what a wonderful and affordable spot to do so! Once they get everything up and running it would be a beautiful place to hold a wedding, host guests overnight, and do wedding photos.<br/>This would be a great location if you wanted someplace out of town but be accessible to north and downtown Tulsa (such as when BOK is holding a concert); it's accessible to the Botanic Gardens, the Zoo, and Oxley Nature Center; or go north to Bartlesville to explore antiques at Dewey, visit Osage Hills State Park, and Woolaroc. <br/>Be aware, that the drive is one-lane and while it does go up the hill, our Kia Soul took the grade with no problem. I'd suggest parking in front of the main building and walking to the back rather then driving around. It can be a little confusing in the dark so if coming late, check in with your hosts to find your lodging.

We would absolutely stay here again. They were in the middle of renovating the entire place…. We can not wait to go back and see the entire finished update. The pool update looks very nice. It’s such an inviting space. We stayed in Suite 5 and loved it.
